To book a hunt with Triple Three Outfitters Ltd. a 1/3 deposit of the hunt cost is required via personal check or money order. Hunt dates will not be held without a deposit. When I receive your deposit I will send you a hunt agreement along with license applications and instructions. At the time you receive your license, the second 1/3 deposit will be due. Final payment should be made 30 days prior to arrival in camp.
Elk license applications must be received in Cheyenne, WY by January 31. Licenses will be mailed out to successful hunters in early March. Mule deer, antelope and whitetail applications must be received by March 15th. Licenses will be mailed out to successful hunters in early July. Deer and antelope drawings have had a 100% success rate for the last 10 years. If you fail to draw a license for your primary game animal, I will refund 100% of your deposit within 60 days. Once you book your hunt the deposit is Non refundable unless you fail to draw a license. If due to sickness or family emergency you must cancel your hunt, we may be able to carry over your deposit for another year. I highly recommend buying trip Insurance.
Most of our hunts are booked full at least one year in advance. If you are sure you want to hunt with us please do not delay getting a deposit in to us. We will hold your hunt dates for 30 days with a minimum deposit of $500.00 per hunter. Hunt is not "BOOKED" without a deposit. If a hunter/client fails to draw a license for the primary animal he has booked for I will refund 100% of the hunters deposit within sixty (60) days of notification of failure to draw. The exception to this is. If a hunter/client withdraws his application or if the hunter fails to get his application into the Wyoming Game and Fish Department or my office either by mail or online by the application deadline.
